About the Course

Hands Up Leadership is a three hour intensive built from Exodus 17:8–16, where Moses leads a real battle with real pressure and real fatigue. This course teaches that leadership is not just talent or charisma. Leadership is posture. When Moses’ hands were up, Israel prevailed. When his hands dropped, they started losing. That picture is the leadership reality many people live in right now. When your prayer life drops, when your focus drops, when your discipline drops, when your support system is missing, the mission starts slipping. This course trains leaders to keep their hands up and stay in purpose even when the fight gets heavy.

Over three hours, leaders will learn how to lead from dependence on God, how to build support like Aaron and Hur, how to delegate and execute like Joshua, and how to create systems that keep the win going after the moment passes. One segment is dedicated to using AI as a modern support tool for church leadership. Leaders will learn how to write strong prompts, build instructions that keep AI consistent with their voice, upload sermon samples to match tone and style, and use AI to strengthen church communication by rebuilding website copy and writing clear pastor and church bios. Each segment includes teaching, practical leadership labs, and a clear action step so the training produces real change, not just inspiration.

By the end, leaders will have a complete leadership toolkit they can use immediately: a daily purpose rhythm, a support system map, a 30 day execution plan, an AI ministry toolkit, and a banner culture playbook that helps them lead with clarity, consistency, and spiritual strength. The goal is simple. Keep your hands up. Keep your people covered. Keep the mission moving.
