     James Thomas is a dynamic preacher, teacher, and communicator with over 20 years of ministry experience and more than 5 years in education and mentoring. He is a Pastor, Elder, Author, Songwriter, and Youth Director, committed to equipping individuals and families to live with purpose, faith, and practical wisdom.

     

     Soon to be achieving a Master of Divinity degree (May 2026), James blends sound biblical teaching with real-life application, making complex spiritual truths both accessible and transformative. His messages are known for being engaging, authentic, and deeply relevant, always speaking to the heart while challenging the mind.

 

     James has a passion for leadership development, youth empowerment, family restoration, and spiritual growth. Whether addressing congregations, community organizations, schools, or conferences, he communicates with clarity, compassion, and conviction.

 

     Based in Virginia, James Thomas continues to serve both the Church as the Pastor of Penuel Seventh-day Adventist Church located in Brandy Station, VA,  and the community through preaching, mentoring, curriculum development, and public speaking, helping people not only hear the Word but live it.
